Maldives is everything you imagine it - turquoise coloured ocean, beautiful, classy, romantic honeymoon, luxurious place, cultured and everything. Majority is muslim population, so it makes me as a muslim more easy to explore Maldives. The people are friendly and welcoming, the well-preserved historical city is easily walkable, and it’s clean, and hip.
I remember the first time i saw the picture of Maldives. It was 2016, and i said hell yah i want to visit there coming soon ♡ but at that time i'm still a student and stayed in boarding school. So it kind of hard for me to have a getaway, because nobody could.
In 2018 alhamdulillah, me and my family decided to go on holiday at Maldives,
So here i'm going to write about my journey, enjoy it !
the travel begin
So our flight was on 8:55 pm , basically we need to arrived there 2 hours ealier for check in luggage and perform our Subuh. We waited about 3 hours at the airport and it was sooooo damn bored but exciting at the same time. We've been waiting for so long it was already 8:45. Everybody packed up their thing and ' ready to fly'
I'm getting excited dude, my seat beside the window
I'm not the one getting excited okay , momsyy too
Finally the waiting comes to the end , i arrived the Male Airport .
The first word that came out from my mouth was "wonderful". The blue sea, i can see the colourfull fish underneth the blue-turquoise water. Can you imagine that ! Masyallah, i never thought this thing would be absoluetly great . The waves were crawling gently to the shore. I will never forget the serene sound gently whisper through my ears. So we took a private boat to the our beach, called Maafushi beach. Here's some pictures
We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. At first it was kind of boring, because we arrived at evening and we can't see the whole picture yet about the situation there. But, started from the day after, everything seem so amazing. We met a lot of malaysian too but majority is european.
The picture above was our hotel , as you can see our place kind of shady because there were alot of trees infront. The temperature in Maldives was so extream, hotter than Malaysia . Sometimes it can reached 37 celcius. So make sure you bring along your sunblock if you plan to go there. But the hottness did not effect our holiday , we did alot of activities such as fun tube ride, snorkeling, diving and 'dolphin watch'.The people in the Maafushi Island is super duper friendly and even their crime rate is low. So you dont need to worry about leaving your staff and your safety. But that doesnt mean you dont need to do the precaution. You need to remember that crime can happen everywhere.
My mom and i infront of our hotel
Diving for 40 minutes
The next day we went and it was started with some technical lesson and instruction for 30 minutes to make sure we stayed safe under the water. It was hectic because i'll never try it before and i was afraid as hell. But i need to try it and it was one of my bucket lists.
After they were explaning about the technic , i can see everybody face on the boat, looked excited plus afraid. We still need to try because it once in a live. When we dived in the sea, Suddenly the color all around me changed and it turned bluish -green.
There was a completely differenet world out there. It was not like the world we see everyday. No longer people chatting sound, engine sound and bird chirping. There was complete peace and silence, only sound I could hear is sound of my own heartbeat and the sound of my breath clearly.
We saw some small fish, lots of coral , the some school of fish, big fish, colorful coral, dead coral effected in Tsunami, Some Urchin, giant cucumber, yellow fish, zebra fish, A-fish, B-fish, no name fish because i dont know what species , then I also found nemo the clown fish. Before this i only watched nemo in the television but now in real live. I was ecstatic seeing the fishes swimming around me.The deeper we dive, my ears get hurt so we need to breath out while pitch our nose. It will stabilise our ear balance.
We walked around the island for the last time , gonna miss everything
The face, before we take the risk to go scuba diving eventho we never try it .But life is challenge so let's go
Thank you Maldives for this great experience 💗💗💗💚💜💜💜

Many things happened in Maldives and made me feel more comfortable . The surrounding made me wanna stay here forever without any problems. The days past so quickly , it was our lastday in Maldives, so we decided to take some 'OOTD' and buy sovenier for family and friends. Everybody felt so sad because it was going to be our last day in Maldives. I will miss everything in Maldives including their food and services.I gave 5 stars for this holiday getaway, eventho it was only four days, but the way they treated me, made me felt so warm and nice for being here.
