It's time to slim !!
Hi guys I'm back , today im gonna write about the beautiful place that Allah has created for us at Frim,Kepong .Yesterday, my sister and i went jogging at Frim because we realize that our body gain a lot of weight. OMG !! So I decided to go Frim and jog.Frim ( Forest research institute Malaysia) is one of the best research centers for those who like nature . I admit that I'm not the type of person who love to search about nature .But I'm a type a person who really enjoy seeing nature that Allah has created for us. Its take nearly 5 minutes to reach there from my house. Frim was nearby SMK Kepong , so for those who do not know this place,it just in front SMK Kepong. The scenery was totally amazing, fresh air and the sound of birds tweeting just make my mind clear from all the mess things from the town . My sister and I jog on the walkway that had been made for joggers. It such a great jog with a great person like my sister. We jog around while enjoying the scenery like green leave, tall tree and more. So after this, i will post some pictures of FRIM for you guys !
